Phú Nhuận Jewelry Joint Stock Company unveiled a new store model, PNJ Next

The first PNJ Next store opens at 196-200 Hai Bà Trưng Street in HCM City’s District 1 on February 12.

The company’s CEO, Lê Trí Thông, said PNJ Next, at 196-200 Hai Bà Trưng Street in HCM City’s District 1, indicates PNJ’s direction for the future with a new customer experience and interactive spaces and modern systems compared to existing stores.

There is also a technology space where customers can see themselves and take selfies, he said.

“This is a new model and in the trial phase. Based on customers’ feedback, we will make changes and then open more stores. We can also change some existing stores that have enough space into PNJ Next stores. But not all stores will be switched to PNJ Next.”

To mark the opening, from February 12 to 17 the first 50 customers who buy jewellery worth VNĐ50 million (US$2,150) or more at PNJ Next will get a gift of one tenth of a tael of gold. A tael is equal to 37.5gm

The company has a retail network of 330 stores nation-wide and plans to open 40 more this year.
